Terms & Conditions
Below are the legal/terms and conditions and the guest shall be bound by these upon making a booking.
1. Check-in time is between 14:00 - 18:00
2. Check-out time is between 08:00 - 11:00
3. The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
4. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
5. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. The management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.
6. Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor.
7. The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.
8. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
9. The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay. Bookings can be amended free of charge up until three days prior to arrival. Guest is liable for the full amount of the booking three days or less before arrival.
10. Maximum group size is limited to six people unless prior agreement with management is agreed.
11. Limited parking is available on site and is free of charge management cannot reserve parking spaces. Street parking available daytime charges may apply.
12. Management accept no liability to loss or damage to guest vehicles, and the guest assumes full responsibility for their vehicle.
